Inclusion criteria: 1.Partial rotator cuff tear diagnosed on MRI 2.Posterior shoulder joint line pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Full thickness rotator cuff tear 2. Traumatic rotator cuff tear 3. Shoulder post-surgical condition 4. Shoulder fracture 5. Shoulder impingement, instability 6. Periarthritis shoulder 7. Rheumatoid shoulder 8. Diabetes mellitus 9. Athlete
