Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I /II of either sex Patients posted for cervical laminectomy in sitting position under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index >= 30 kg/m2 Moderate to severe heart or lung disease(ASA >= III) Prior neurological deficits.
