Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with symptoms of Katigraha. a)Katishoola b)Katigraha c)Tenderness in Lumbar region d)Restricted movements of lumbosacral spine - Forward bending - Backward bending - Lateral flexion and Rotation 2 Patients who are fit for Swedana Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who are having low backache due to any infection, congenital deformities of spine, viscerogenic. 2 Patient associated with any other systemic disorder. 3 Patients with the history of trauma (Abhighata Janya Katigraha). 4 Post-surgical backache. 5 Sciatica. 6 Contraindicated for Swedana.
