Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: married women of age group 20 to 35 years subjects with anovulation subject with pcod suject with out pcod subjects with normally developed secondary sexual characters ovary and uterus those who are ready to sign the informed and written bilingual consent form english and kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of chronic systemic disorders benign and malignant lesions of ovaries and uterus tubal block premature ovarian failure subjects with abnormal menstrual bleeding
