Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the complaints of back and neck pain. Patient who are willing to included in the study. Aberdeen low back pain scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with any serious illness. Patient with complaints of TB spine Patient with Cancer and secondary illness. Patient with Severe cord and root compression. Patient with Spondylolisthesis
