Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-60 years 2.End stage renal disease 3.Either sex 4.ASA physical status II & III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Liver disease 3.Hypermagnesemia > 2.7 mmol/l 4.Hyperkalemia > 5.5 mmol/l 5.Severe cardiopulmonary compromise 6.Diabetes mellitus
