Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of ASA1 and ASA2 2. Surgeries lasting more than 2 hours 3. Expected hospital stay of more than 3 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal to give consent 2. Inoperability 3. Emergency 4. Disturbances in serum sodium levels 5. Baseline elevated serum creatinine 6. Laproscopy
