Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Individuals who feel that they are emotionally disturbed at least twice a week. b)Individuals who are ready to undergo mental status assessment. c)Individuals between age group of 20- 60 yrs. d)Individuals if taking Psychiatric medication with minimum to moderate dose will also be included if they are fulfilling above three criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Physical Illness, exclusive of Mental Illness as root cause or special somatic symptoms. b)Individuals having maximum dose of Psychotic medications. c)Unmadi ( Psychotic) Patients. d)Individuals who are alcoholics and/or other drug abused. e)Individuals (or relatives) who refuse for written consent related to this Research Study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
State of mind free from Anger is expected. The outcome of stages will be assessed with the help of Ayurvedic Scale and Williams scales of Anger.Timepoint: 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Anger will be subsided and mental status will be improved.Timepoint: Anger will be subsided
