Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients. Patients having maxillary & mandibular osseous defects with probing depth >= 5 mm and clinical attachment loss of >=5 mm from the cementoenamel junction. Patients with radiographic osseous defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised patients and those on medications. Pregnant women and lactating mother. Patients allergic to drugs. Smokers. Bruxism.
