Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young participants between the age group of 12-16 years residing in a residential school for their informal education, both practicing and not practicing Sandhyavandanam. 2.Those who have given assent and parent consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with severe physical and psychological morbidity or with learning disabilities, 2.those who are not volunteering for the study.
