Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with ASA grade 1 and 2 and of age group 18 to 60 years of either sex undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia and willing to give a written and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to be a part of this study. 2. Patients who are having known allergy to the study drugs. 3. SBP 4. Patients with history of myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy or any other neuromuscular disease. 5. Patients with history of epilepsy/seizure disorder. 6. Patients who are taking antihypertensive medications (hypertensive patient). 7. Pregnant patients. 8. Raised intracranial pressure, raised intraocular pressure, hypotension history, diabetics, neurological patients, burn patient, hyperkalemia patient, history of gastric reflux. 9. Patients taking analgesics.

Moderate (obvious muscle twitching at more than one sites or movement of limbs) 4. | Postoperative myalgia seen after 24 hours of surgery and graded as:- Grading 1. Nil (absence of pain) 2. Mild (muscle stiffness or pain on specific questioning in nape of neck, shoulders and lower chest on deep breathing) 3. Moderate (muscle stiffness and pain complained of by the patient spontaneously requesting analgesia) 4. Severe ( generalized muscle stiffness or pain which limits physical activity) 5.
