Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: regular cycles ACOG Diagnostic criteria for premenstrual syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with irregular cycle and any other pelvic pathology patients on HRT patients with known systemic or metabolic diseases diagnosed cases of psychiatric diseases lactating mothers
