Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children undergoing infraumblical surgeries ASA 1and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. local infection of the caudal area, 2. history of allergic reactions to local anesthetics, 3. bleeding diathesis, 4. preexisting neurological or spinal diseases, 5. mental retardation, and 6. neuromuscular disorders

Compare the duration of postoperative analgesia when these two adjuvants administered by caudal route for infra-umbilical surgeries in children.Timepoint: Till FLACC Pain score is equal or more than 4

MeasureTime frame
to compare the use of postoperative rescue analgesics, intraoperative hemodynamic changes, postoperative sedation scores and any side-effects or complications among the 3 groupsTimepoint: Rescue Analgesia-When FLACC more than 4 Hemodynamics-5,10,15,30,45,60,90,120 min postoperatively Sedation Score- 0,1,2,4,8,12 hours postoperatively Side Effects- postoperatively
