infusion will be started at the same time cerebrospinal fluid obtained,infusion continued till end of the procedure.
Control Intervention1: phenylephrine: started at a dose of 0.1mics/kg/min
drug infusion will be started at the same time cerebrospinal fluid obtained

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA II,III Singleton gestation more than 36 weeks Scheduled elective caesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia Fasting more than six hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA IV or above,Emergency Surgeries
