Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with clinical features of stress like Insomnia, Headache, Anxiety 2. Working womenâ??s of all sectors. 3. Women having at least junior high school education.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with suicidal tendency. 2. Subjects who are taking Oestrogen. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Subjects in whom Shiro Pichu is contraindicated.
