Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria, a.Sandhi Shoola- Pain in knee joints. b.Sandhi Shotha- Swelling in knee joints c.Sandhi Atopa (crepitus) d.Prasarana Akunchanayo Vedana-Pain during flexion and extension of knee 2.patients between 20 to 70 years will be considered, 3.patients who are fit for upanaha sweda
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having 1.rheumatoid arthritis, 2.psoriatic arthritis, 3.gouty arthritis, 4.acute traumatic injury to knees, 5 patients contraindicated for superficial heat therapy, patients with any kind of metal implants
