Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players should have minimal one year experience. Healthy individuals without any prior history of musculoskeletal injuries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spin bowlers Peripheral vascular diseases Any recent surgeries Cardiac or respiratory disorders Systemic illness Psychological illness
