Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Listed for first liver transplantation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a)History of hypersensitivity to immunonutrients b)Inability to take oral nutrition c)Patients with fulminant or sub acute hepatic failure/ critically ill patients d)Pregnant or nursing women

| To assess the effect of immunonutrition on nutritional status, pro- inflammatory markers, anti inflammatory marker and biochemical parameters among ESLD patients waiting for Liver transplantation and expected to reduce the inflammatory markers especially IL6.Timepoint: outcome will be assessed at the time of enrolment as baseline and after one month of immunonutrient therapy and planning to do interim analysis after one-third of enrolment of total sample size is over.till now enrolment of patients is not yet one-third due to covid issues. | — |
