Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients above 18 years of age with a clinical diagnosis of Acute Decompensated Heart Failure seen in hospital ICU/ward of the participating centers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing and available for follow up.

This is to obtain the clinical, demographic and etiological factors of Heart Failure in the country and also to estimate inhospital mortality, 30 day and 1 year mortality and rehospitalization.Timepoint: 01/08/2022
