Intervention1: Phalatrikadi Syrup: It contains Triphala Guduchi vasa Nimba Bhunimba Katuka as main ingredients and processed to form syrup with sugar and honey the dose will be as for 6 yrs upto8 year

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of Panduroga resembling the symptoms of Iron deficiency anaemia Hemoglobin more than 7 and less than 12gm/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemoglobin level below 7gm/dl Hemoglobinopathies especially Thalassemias Sickle Cell Anemia Aplastic Anemia anemia due to different genetic causes Patient with condition causing chronic blood loss Chronic illness like Tuberculosis carcinoma etc Patient or parents not giving written informed consent

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in Hb percentage at least by 0.5 g/dl increase in PCV and MCVTimepoint: at 0 and 60th day of trial

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
reduction ibn signs and symptoms of anemia like dysopnea pallor fatigue etcTimepoint: at 15th 30th 45th and 60th day
