Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases requiring unilateral or bilateral reimplantation for vesicoureteral reflux

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Redo-ureteric re implantation 2.Prior Deflux injection 3.Parents refusing consent 4.Intra-op turbid urine 5.Common sheath reimplantation 6.Cases requiring ureteral tapering/imbrication

MeasureTime frame
Length of hospital stay from the date of operation to the day of discharge .Timepoint: 1 Year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Pain score each day in the first 5 days after surgery. 2.Requirement of additional analgesics 3. bladder spasms. 4. Need for anticholinergics 5. Hematuria 6.bladder irrigation. 7.Drain Soakage 8.Duration of CRD 9.Wound infection 10.Stent blockage 11.Accidental stent migration/dislodgement. 12. Occurrence of urosepsis Timepoint: 1 year
