Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non- specific low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • LBP due to known or suspected specific cause with recent surgery on the spine ( • Disc pathology . • With comorbid health condition, which limited exercise training. • To focus on patients with pain responding to movement with constant pain. • Any pain below knee or radiating pain to below knee
