Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mandatory Fasting blood glucose-120 to 160 mg/do PP blood glucose- 180 to 280 mg/DL HbA1c- 6.5 to 9% Optional Polyuria Polyphagia Polydipsia Nocturia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin dependent Diabetes mellitus Cardiovascular disease Diabetic nephropathy Diabetic retinopathy Pregnant women Lactating mothers Tuberculosis affected individuals HbA1c > 9%

Reduction in clinical symptoms Reduction in blood sugar and HbA1c level by atleast 20% or to maintain HbA1c level within 7%Timepoint: 90 days
