Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:-40 to 70 years 2.Sex:-Both 3.Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Osteopenia/Osteoporosisw.s.rtoAsthi-MajjaKshya were taken for the present study. 4.Osteopenic/Osteoporotic patients of either sex whose BMD (t- score) is equal to or less than -I were for the present study
