Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with non specific low back pain and hamstring tightness (Active knee extension angle >28.9 degrees). VAS score 2 to 6. Sub-acute (Duration of symptoms from 6 weeks to 3 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative patients Subjects with cognitive issues Pregnancy Acute and chronic low back pain Tumor Fracture Radiating low back pain Neurological disorders
