Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Metabolic syndrom subjects based on hormonized createria with either gender of age between 30-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antibiotic use in the past 15 days or during the treatment Using probiotic during the past 1 month Pregnant woman

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the probiotic mediated improvement in metabolic syndrome Timepoint: Testing will be done 3 months after the supplements (90 days)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the effect of probiotics on blood glucose, and assess the patient compliance to the probiotic intake. Timepoint: Monthly interval (1,2and 3rd month)
