Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Both males and females aged between 25-40 years. 2) Asymptomatic individuals with bilateral hamstring tightness lacking atleast 20 degress of AKE with hip flexed to 90 degrees 3) Popliteal angle less than 125 degrees. 4)Participants willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Hypermobility assessed according to Beighton Score1 2) Complained of any soft tissue, bony ,spinal and lower limb injuries(within3 months) 3)Performed Myofascial release in the last 3 months1. 4) Contra-indications to Myofascial release1.
