Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers above 55 years of age Participants who are interested and willing to participate in study No prior exposure to yoga Able to perform yogic practices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People addicted to smoking and drinking Subjects with neuro degenerative disorders, stroke, major depressive disorder, psychosis, anxiety disorder, severe hearing and visual impairments Subjects suffering with chronic renal failure Those who have underwent any recent surgery. People with arthritis and any neurological disorders Subjects with inability to perform yogic practices
