Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All genders Age groups 30 to 80 Patients who are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus with ischemic heart disease and taking medications for at least 2 years Patients whose HbA1c is greater than 6 point 5 percentage
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes patients Type 2 diabetes mellitus in other than medicine department Pregnancy induced diabetes and mentally challenged Type 2 diabetes mellitus with other comorbidities
