Inclusion criteria: Individuals following Kshutnigraha practices during all days of Sharadiya Navratri

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals observing all other practices along with Kshutnigraha during the festival eg. Bare foot walking or Garaba dance etc.
