Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Uncomplicated MCDA twins and all DCDA twins

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancies with congenital and chromosomal anomalies are excluded. MCDA twins with TTTS, Higher order multiples, Twins with single fetal demise before 24 weeks of gestation, monoamniotic twins, twins with unknown chorionicity

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the mean gestational age at delivery of DCDA twins and uncomplicated MCDA twins. To compare the combined adverse outcomes in twins in relation to chorionicity.Timepoint: from 24 weeks of gestation to 28 days after delivery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the maternal, foetal and neonatal morbidity.Timepoint: from 24 weeks of gestation to 28 days after delivery
