Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects using mobile phone for more than 2 hours 2. Diagnosed as text thumb 3. VAS 3-8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous fracture involving wrist 2. Arthritis 3. Tumors 4. Rheumatic disease 5. Pregnancy 6. Nerve/ vessel/ tendon injury 7. With mental disorder 8. Wrist injection in last 3 months
