Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the medicine ward, nephrology ward, cardiology ward, neurology ward, dermatology ward, a psychiatric ward at the Kasturba Hospital, Manipal and Medicine Ward, Dr. T. M. A. Pai Hospital, Udupi Patients with ADR occurrence only after getting hospitalized

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Patients admitted to surgical wards Patients admitted to hospital through either accident or emergency case Patients admitted due to ADRs
