Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fever more than or equal to 38°C for 3 - 14 days. With a confirmed diagnosis of scrub typhus by IgM ELISA / RDT / Eschar and PCR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV infection or other immunosuppressive conditions and co infections
