Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. All patients with hemorrhoids who present in the Surgery Out Patient Department of a tertiary care hospital in western Maharashtra. ii. Age: All age groups. iii. Sex: Both males and females.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Patients with history of prior surgery for anal disease (anal fissure, fistula, abcess, cancer or hemorrhoids). ii. Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease.
