Inclusion criteria: Normal healthy volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Pregnancy Volunteers having habit of tobacco chewing, smoking and alcohol H/O diseases of respiratory system e.g. bronchial asthma, URTI, PTB etc Volunteers performing pranayamam regularly, sports persons and athletes.
