Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain and stiffness in shoulder joint Restricted movements of shoulder joint(abduction and external rotation) Exacerbation of pain on movements With or without pain radiating to arm Patient willing to undergo radiological investigation and give blood samples for laboratory investigations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation Septic arthritis Malignant hypertension Psoriatic arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis Gonococcal arthritis Fracture and dislocations of shoulder joint Any other systemic and chronic illness
