Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly whose frailty index is between 0.12 and 0.7 at baseline. Elderly whose care-giver is also willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly without care-giver.
