Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active knee extension angle >20 degrees Participants willing to participate Both male and female participants Participants in the age group of 18-25 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neurological disorders, peripheral neuropathy Orthopedics Injury (soft tissue injury) Hamstring injury in the past 6 months Low back pain Participants not willing to participate
