Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with maxillary transverse discrepancy of 3mm or more,maxillary skeletal cross bite,Moderate anterior crowding to gain arch length ,severe mouth breathers in whom maxillary expansion necessary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient who has CBCT/CT within 6 months period,patient which TMJ disorders which require surgical intervention,medically compromised patients,patients who had already gone for orthodontic treatment previously

usage of ultrasonography ,reduces the radiation exposureTimepoint: 0,21st,90 days

MeasureTime frame
compare the measurement changes with CBCT ofexpansion processTimepoint: 21st day
