Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. complaints of bleeding per vagina more than 3pad/day, passing large clots and prolonged Menstrual bleeding ( more than 5 days ) 2. Patients will be selected without consideration of bar of race and religion. 3. Excessive bleeding for more than 2 consecutive cycles. 4. Intermenstrual Bleeding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient on HRT from three month 2. Patient having intra uterine device. 3. Uncontrolled systemic disease like HTN , DM 4. History of Metabolic disorder. 5. Patient having previously diagnosed bleeding disorder. 6. Cancer of cervix and or uterus 7. Hb less than 6 gm %. 8. Patients having bleeding from sites other than uterus. 9. Venereal disease. 10. PID and Fever
