Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body weight 50kg- 90 kg Americal society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 and 2 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Onset of analgesia 2.Duration of analgesia 3.Onset of motor blockade 4.Duration of motor blockade Timepoint: Onset of analgesia : Loss of sensation to pin prick checked every 3 minutes for 30 minutes. Duration of analgesia : Pin prick sensation is assessed every 30 min till a VAS score of 50 is obtained. Onset of motor block : Inability to abduct arm is assessed every 5min for 30 min Duration of motor block : Abilty to abduct arm is checked every 30 kinutes till patient is able to abduct arm.

MeasureTime frame
To study hemodynamic instability during surgery and to study any adverse effectsTimepoint: blood pressure and heart rate checked every 5 minutes
