Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who will undergo kidney biopsy; irrespective of cause and degree of renal dysfunction or proteinuria or hematuria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Ascites, volume overload, parietal edema. Structural renal disease - Renal calculus disease, hydroureteronephrosis, cystic disease, tumor and CAKUT. Solitary single kidney or unequal kidney size or bilateral small kidneys BMI more than or equal to 25 kg/m2. Patients not able to hold breath. Patients on anticoagulant or anti-platelet drugs. Bleeding or clotting disorders. Coronary artery disease, congestive cardiac failure or volume overload Serum sodium less than 130 mEq/l Kidney transplant recipients Pregnancy and Lactation
