Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: professional volley ball and basketball , soccer players, runners playing at regional, state and national level , collegiate players, recreational players.history of insidious onset of activity - related anterior knee pain, pain at inferior poll of patella, VISA - P score of less than 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any acute lower limb injuries, previous pelvis or lower limb fracture, history oh lower extremity surgery, bursitis, PFPS, Fat pad syndrom, Osgood slater disease, sinding - Larsen - Johansson disease, quadriceps tendinopathy
