Inclusion criteria: Sedentary population (The subjects those who walk <5000 steps/day comes under sedentary population).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower limb injury Cardiac ailments History of Recent fracture History of Recent Surgery Subject who are not willing
