Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with head and neck cancer on disease modifying treatment with palliative intent or best supportive care, referred to Department of Palliative Medicine, Tata Memorial Hospital. 2. Age >=18 years. 3. Outpatients and inpatients. 4. Able to give informed consent. 5. Patients able to understand English, Hindi and Marathi. 6. Able to answer and complete questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from an intellectual disability or cognitive disorders. 2. Patients with unstable medical/psychiatric disorders needing emergency management. 3. Patients with communication problems. 4. Patients receiving treatment from pain services.
