Inclusion criteria: 1.Pain & stiffness in the shoulder joint 2.Restricted range of motion 3.Patient willing for trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fracture of affected hand 2.Any surgical implants in hand 3.Pregnant ladies 4.secondary diseases like Carcinoma,TB 5.Patient not willing for trial
