Inclusion criteria: Patient having complaint of neck stiffness on and off with pain for duration of 6 month or more than 6month. Snehana arha Swedana arha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Snehana and swedana Anarha Cervical radiculopathy Cervical myelopathy K/c/o T.B, Cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, cervical vertebra fracture
