Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Asymptomatic young individuals aged 18 to 25 years 2. Bilateral flexible flat feet
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic injuries to lower limb 2. Peripheral vascular diseases 3. Cognitive disorder 4. Neuromuscular illness 5. Fixed flat foot or other fixed deformities of knee or ankle & foot.
