Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Occasional high heeled shoe wearers 2.Subjects who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any neurological disorders 2)History of any lower extremity injury/ disease acute or chronic 3)History of lower limb or spinal surgeries 4)Subjects having acute or chronic low back pain 6)any other neuromuscular condition which might impair the outcome of electromyography 7)daily high heel wearers
